Erkul Cosmetics, manufactures cosmetics, plastic packaging and fragrance in the integrated manufacturing facilities nearly 70.000 m2 total area. The manufacturing of cosmetics is done in an indoor area of 36.000 m2 in Istanbul by using the latest high-tech with a modern approach in the manufacturing process, under hygienic conditions, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 22716:2007 Cosmetic-GMP, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems , ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems , HELAL/HALAL (MS 1500:2009) and TSE Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate.

Erkul Cosmetics progresses the R&D studies with a specialized and experienced team; tests in accordance with the EU directives on the accredited laboratories before presenting them to the customers. The plastic packages, tubes, lids and applicators used in the manufacturing process of the cosmetics are developed and produced in accordance with the GMP in the factory built on 15.000m2 in Gürpınar which has the certificate of BRC (British Retail Consortium). The package designs, molds and productions are done by using the modern devices and machineries.
Awards
Erkul Cosmetics, which is the producer of the Golden Rose brand, has been the biggest exporting company of our country in 2023 in the area of colored cosmetics. On the awards ceremony of "Stars of the Export in 2023" held by ISTANBUL CHEMICALS AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS EXPORTERS' ASSOCIATION; a total of 170 awards in 34 categories found their owners.
Erkul Cosmetics, which is the producer of the Golden Rose brand has secured its leadership as the biggest exporting company of Turkey. Erkul Cosmetics, which exports to 93 countries in 5 continents such as Europe, North and South America, Middle-East, Africa, Asia and Australia; has been appointed as a leader in the area of colored cosmetics in 2023 and has become the export champion 13th time.
